Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@primefoundationhealth.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.
